Brush, Floss, and Clean your tongue

Use a non-flouride toothpaste, and don’t forget to floss. This reduces bad breath and the chances of plaque buildup. Don’t neglect your tongue when brushing; it leads to bad breath when left unclean.

It’s not uncommon for many women to wear their bras multiple times, but you should be washing them after every one or two wears, especially during the summer months.

Clean your makeup brush

Wearing makeup to bed is bad for your skin, but many people also often neglect cleaning their makeup brushes. These tools accumulate bacteria and germs with time, and they may cause breakouts when used regularly.

You should clean your brushes once weekly with suitable baby shampoo.

Trim your fingernails

Jagged edges on your nails are never attractive, and you can prevent them by adopting proper manicure and pedicure routines. Once weekly, trim your nails, preferably after your shower.

Avoid clipping your nails too close to your skin, which may cause infections.

Avoid using old razors

Aside from their inability to remove hair properly, old razors are also packed with germs and bacteria, which may cause razor burns and bumps. Exposing the blade can also cause corrosion, and you’ll know it has gone bad when it tugs on your skin. Good razors glide smoothly.
